Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales or related experience.
- Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs., climb ladders/stairs, and work safely on rooftops and mechanical spaces.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
Responsibilities
- Develop territory plans, expand relationships with clients, and present at seminars to generate opportunities.
- Track sales activities and manage CRM pipeline to hit annual targets.
- Deliver tailored proposals and negotiate service renewals to secure bookings.
