Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to expand Carrier Commercial Service through opportunities in service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital offerings. The role is field-based in Denver, CO, focusing on customer relationships, value delivery, and lifecycle solutions.

You will drive territory growth, manage CRM pipelines, and close consultative deals to meet annual targets while leveraging robust Carrier backing and training resources.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related field.
• Experience selling service agreements, repairs, or modernization projects.
• Ability to build trusted advisor relationships with customers.
• Demonstrated success selling to end-user customers in HVAC/building tech.
• Strong understanding of customer objectives, asset priorities, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Planning & Growth: develop territory plans and expand relationships.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: track activities and manage the opportunity funnel.
• Consultative Closing & Renewals: deliver tailored proposals and secure bookings.
• Sell the full Carrier HVAC service portfolio including service agreements and repairs.
• Develop and maintain Sales Territory and Account plans; present at seminars.
• Promote Carrier value mapping to customer needs and objectives.
• Utilize CRM for customer interactions and to hit annual targets.
