Job summary
Carrier Global Corporation, a global leader in intelligent climate and energy solutions, is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service across agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital offerings. You will build trusted advisor relationships to optimize building asset performance, reliability and lifecycle value.
The role is field-based in San Diego, CA, with a strong emphasis on consultative selling, account growth, and renewal management to improve
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC equipment and systems.
- Ability to develop trusted advisor relationships and translate customer needs into outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Develop territory plans and identify high-value opportunities.
- Track sales activities and manage the CRM to hit annual targets.
- Negotiate service agreement renewals and close renewals.
- Sell the full portfolio of Carrier HVAC Service products (service agreements, repairs, modernizations).
- Present at customer seminars and build relationships with new and existing clients.
