Carrier is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service by identifying opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, controls, digital solutions, rentals, and other lifecycle-based offerings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related roles.
• Experience selling service agreements, repairs, modernizations, or lifecycle solutions.
• Ability to lift/carry 20 lbs. and work safely in rooftops/mechanical spaces.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and grow high-value opportunities.
• Track sales activities, prioritize leads, and manage the CRM to hit annual targets.
• Close service agreements, renewals, and drive account growth.
• Sell Carrier HVAC service products and solutions including service agreements, repairs, and modernizations.
• Present at customer seminars to advance relationships and opportunities.
