Job summary

Carrier is seeking a Commercial Service Account Manager to grow Carrier Commercial Service by identifying and advancing opportunities across service agreements, repairs, modernizations, and digital offerings. You will build trusted advisor relationships to optimize building assets, reduce operating costs, and improve uptime in Los Angeles area and surroundings.

You will participate in a strong training program, leverage a global OEM backing, and pursue career advancement within Carrier.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related field.
• Experience selling service agreements, planned maintenance, repairs, or lifecycle solutions.
• Ability to identify customer priorities and translate technical needs into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory plans and grow strategic accounts.
• Track sales activities and manage pipeline in CRM to hit annual targets.
• Negotiate service agreement renewals and secure bookings.
