You will identify opportunities, build trusted advisor relationships, and translate customer needs into Carrier solutions that lower costs and improve uptime.

The role is field-based, requires 2+ years in HVAC sales, and offers a lucrative commission plan, a company car program, and comprehensive training.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of commercial HVAC sales experience or related field.
• Experience in servicing or selling to end-users and contractors.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced field sales role with travel.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Planning & Growth: develop territory plans and grow high-value opportunities.
• Pipeline & CRM Management: track sales activities and hit annual targets.
• Consultative Closing & Renewals: deliver tailored proposals and secure renewals.
• Sell the full Carrier HVAC Service portfolio including service agreements, repairs and modernizations.
• Present at customer seminars to develop relationships and opportunities.
• Negotiate service agreements and manage opportunities from lead to bookings.
