Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an experienced Electrical Channel Sales professional to expand our contractor-focused distribution network and strengthen field relationships across the United States. You will drive revenue by engaging low voltage contractor accounts through education campaigns, product demonstrations, and strategic account plans.

You will collaborate with distributors and contractors, lead MDF-driven initiatives, and onboard new partners while working with marketing and sales

Qualifications

• Proven success in face‑to‑face, field‑based selling through contractor and distribution channels.
• Strong relationship‑building skills to manage complex contractor networks.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and training abilities.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance by managing and supporting low voltage contractor accounts across multiple market segments.
• Develop and grow relationships with electrical distributors, contractors, and integrators.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and contractor education campaigns.
• Execute strategic sales initiatives to increase loyalty and revenue.
