Schneider Electric is seeking an Area Channel Manager in the United States to manage local channel relationships for Square D within a defined sales area. You will develop business plans with distributors and lead tactical execution to enable channel partners toward growth through sales plans, promotions, training, and inventory planning.

Qualified candidates have a Bachelor's degree and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Account management or electrical components selling experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset; ability to thrive in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilités

• Develop and strengthen relationships with key distributors to capitalize on sales and services synergies.
• Create and develop growth-oriented business plans with distributors for acquisition and existing accounts.
• Establish measures of performance to drive mutual accountability.
• Ensure quality and responsiveness for all services; aim for a superior ease of doing business experience.
• Coordinate distributor competency development, resource utilization and program execution.
• Execute channel strategies to drive market share growth and support acquisition sales.
