• Prior insurance field/property claims handling or adjusting experience.
• Proficiency with Xactimate and prior estimate writing experience.
• Experience on-site in catastrophe (CAT) environments.
• Ability to manage claims end-to-end from start to finish.
• Strong customer service orientation in high-stress situations.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and work extended deployments.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site property inspections and damage assessments in catastrophe zones.
• Investigate and resolve moderate to complex property claims from start to finish.
• Determine policy coverage and prepare estimates using Xactimate.
• Own the full lifecycle of claims, including reserving, supplements, and documentation.
• Provide proactive, consistent updates to customers throughout the claims process.
