Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a Dyne Care Partner (DCP), a field-based member of the Patient Access and Education team. You will educate patients and caregivers, support reimbursement processes, and coordinate care to start and maintain therapy, traveling within the assigned geography.

The role requires RN or related healthcare background, 8+ years of experience, and willingness to travel up to 50–80% while adhering to Dyne policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in nursing, social work, or related healthcare field preferred.
• RN, Social Worker, or equivalent healthcare experience preferred.
• 8+ years of healthcare or related experience, including patient services, reimbursement, or care coordination.
• Willingness to travel up to 50–80% within assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary point of contact for patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
• Provides education on disease state, therapy, and treatment expectations using approved materials.
• Conducts outreach to identify support needs and address access or adherence barriers.
• Coordinates support services and resources to assist patients and caregivers.
• Builds trusted relationships through empathetic, patient-centered communication.
• Educates on proper product storage, handling, and administration.
• Builds and maintains relationships with healthcare providers and infusion partners.
• Provides education on reimbursement processes and prior authorizations.
• Supports infusion center readiness and product handling requirements.
• Maintains documentation and ensures regulatory compliance.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in nursing, social work, or a related healthcare field preferred
