Job summary

Dyne Therapeutics is seeking a Dyne Care Partner (DCP) to support patients, caregivers, and providers throughout the treatment journey. This field-based role emphasizes patient education, reimbursement support, and care coordination to minimize access barriers and ensure continuity of care.

The DCP will reside within the assigned territory, traveling frequently to engage with infusion centers and healthcare providers while upholding Dyne policies and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of healthcare or related experience, including 5+ years in patient services, reimbursement, case management, or care coordination.
• Experience supporting specialty, rare disease, or infused/provider-administered therapies preferred.
• Working knowledge of payer coverage, reimbursement pathways, and access processes (prior authorizations, appeals, denials).
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships across patients, caregivers, healthcare providers, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for patients and caregivers throughout the treatment journey.
• Educate on disease state, therapy, and treatment expectations using approved materials.
• Identify and address access or adherence barriers; coordinate support services.
• Support reimbursement processes including prior authorizations, denials, and reauthorizations.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers and infusion centers; educate on patient support services.
• Ensure documentation and regulatory/compliance adherence; report adverse events when needed.
