Job summary

Cozzini Bros. is expanding nationwide and seeks a Business Development Manager to grow in the Boise area. You will build relationships with commercial kitchens, close new accounts, and drive a robust sales pipeline.

Onboarding includes hands-on training, shadowing, and Cozzini University in Chicago to learn the playbook and cross-department collaboration. We offer a competitive base salary with aggressive uncapped commissions, guaranteed onboarding commissions, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice sales is required.
• Proven track record in remote field sales is preferred.
• CRM experience (Salesforce) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in field environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales contacts daily, 70 per week.
• Leave at least 8 knife trials with prospects weekly.
• Establish 5 new customers weekly via cold calls, networking, and leads.
• Open 4+ upsell opportunities within existing accounts.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and inventory of sales knives.
