Crozzi? Cozzini Bros., Inc. is expanding its market reach and seeks a Business Development Manager to grow our presence in the field.

You will cultivate relationships with commercial kitchens in your assigned territory, close new accounts, and drive growth through an aggressive commission plan. The role includes extensive field work, onboarding training, and collaboration with our delivery and service teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in the foodservice industry.
• Experience in remote field sales/business development.
• Familiarity with CRM systems; Salesforce a plus.
• Strong motivation and proven target-driven track record.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Coachable team player mindset.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background/drug checks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales contacts daily.
• Leave at least 8 knife trials weekly with prospects.
• Establish 5+ new customers weekly through cold calling, networking, etc.
• Upsell 4 new items within existing accounts (e.g., can openers, slicer blades).
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records.
• Maintain inventory of sales knives.
• Collaborate with service and support teams.
• Perform duties safely in field and in kitchens.
