Spectrum Business is seeking an Account Executive to drive new business within a defined sales territory, delivering Spectrum data, phone, video and mobile solutions to small businesses. You will conduct consultative needs analyses, present tailored options, and guide commission-driven sales from first contact to close.

You’ll maintain detailed activity records, collaborate with internal teams, and participate in ongoing training to stay aligned with Spectrum’s offerings and growth strategies.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field, or equivalent years of experience.
• 2+ years of sales experience or telecom/technical industry experience.

Aufgaben

• Prospect and generate new business sales by engaging small businesses within your assigned sales territory.
• Conduct consultative needs analyses to identify Spectrum Business solutions that address each client’s communication requirements.
• Achieve sales and product targets across data, phone, video and mobile services from first contact to final sale.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, presentations and closed deals using required software and tools.
• Collaborate with other business groups to ensure seamless order execution and exceptional customer service.
• Attend sales meetings and training sessions to stay current with Spectrum’s products and strategies.
• Continuously improve the customer experience through proactive communication and support.
