Job summary

Spectrum Business, a division of Charter Communications, is seeking an Account Executive to drive growth with small business clients. You will prospect, analyze needs, and present Spectrum's data, phone, video and mobile solutions, guiding leads from first contact to close.

Daily field-based selling, CRM use, and collaboration with internal teams are essential. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales or telecom are required.

• 2+ years of sales or telecom/technical industry experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate new business sales in assigned territory.
• Conduct needs analyses to recommend Spectrum solutions.

• Maintain records of activities and closed deals using required tools.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure orders and service.
