Astound Broadband seeks a Broadband Technician II to perform residential installs and disconnects, ensuring proper RF and signal levels. The role requires a valid driver’s license, basic computer skills, and strong customer service and communication abilities.

You will work under supervision, maintain productive routes with leadership and dispatch, and participate in ongoing training and safety programs. This full-time position offers a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience: 0 (Entry Level).
• Maintain satisfactory driving record and have a valid driver’s license.
• Knowledge of Ladder; Hand or Power Tools.
• Customer Service.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential installs and disconnects on customer premises per standards and specs.
• Ensure RF and signal levels meet specifications to minimize repeat calls and truck rolls.
• Maintain communication with leadership and dispatch to optimize routes and performance metrics.
• Provide customer education and potential upsell opportunities on products/services.
• Operate company vehicle in a safe and responsible manner.
• Other duties as assigned.
