Astound is seeking a Broadband Technician I to perform residential installations and disconnects, ensuring RF/signal levels meet specifications and delivering a positive customer experience. You will communicate with leadership, educate customers on services, and upsell where appropriate, while safely operating a company vehicle.

The role is entry-level, requires a high school diploma or equivalent, and involves working on site in Texas with potential bonus opportunities based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Performs residential installs and disconnects (data, video, phone) on customer premises per standards.
• Ensure correct RF and signal levels before completion to reduce repeat calls and truck rolls.
• Maintain communication with leadership and dispatch to sustain productive routes and safety.
• Educate customers on products and services, including upsell opportunities.
• Operate company vehicle safely and responsibly.
• Other duties as assigned.
