Job summary

Cozzini Bros., Inc. is seeking a Business Development Manager to grow our field sales in the United States. You will build and maintain relationships with commercial kitchens, close new accounts, and drive revenue in your assigned territory.

This role includes a competitive base salary with uncapped commissions, on-the-job onboarding, and a comprehensive benefits package. You’ll receive tools and support to visit clients, showcase products, and expand our market presence nationwide.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales for foodservice or similar industries.
• Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships and close deals.
• Strong negotiation, prospecting, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute 15+ in-person sales contacts daily / 70+ weekly.
• Leave a minimum of 8 knife trials with prospective customers weekly.
• Establish 5+ new customers weekly via cold calling, networking, and social prospecting.
• Achieve 4+ upsells within existing accounts (e.g., can openers, blades).
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and inventory of sales knives.
