Job summary

Smith+Nepphew seeks an Account Manager for Advanced Wound Management to drive field-based sales across acute and post-acute settings. You will partner with clinicians and purchasing stakeholders to deliver a comprehensive wound care portfolio, including advanced dressings and biologics, while promoting clinical and economic value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in sales, preferably medical device/healthcare.
• Ability to navigate complex healthcare environments with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence decisions.
• Experience managing territory, pipeline, and sales planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve and exceed sales goals.
• Promote the full Advanced Wound Management portfolio across care settings.
• Educate clinicians and healthcare staff on clinical and economic value.
• Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, nursing staff, and purchasing stakeholders.
• Identify new business opportunities and drive product adoption within accounts.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to support growth and satisfaction.
• Deliver in-services, product demonstrations, and educational programs.
