Job summary

Veteran Pathways of New England in Devens, MA, is seeking a Program Manager for the EOVS/HOPE initiative. You will lead day-to-day operations across Massachusetts, ensure grant compliance, and drive strategies for homelessness prevention and rapid re-housing, prioritizing permanent housing for Veterans.

The role supervises staff, conducts team meetings, guides complex cases, monitors service delivery, and maintains HMIS documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent experience in social/human services.
• Minimum of three years in homeless services, housing services, veteran services or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HMIS documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of the EOVS/HOPE program across Massachusetts.
• Ensure full compliance with grant guidelines, licensing requirements, and policies.
