Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Trains, supports, and coaches staff using trauma-informed, strength-based approaches.
• Oversees program delivery, budget, and quality assurance to ensure compliant services.
• Monitors quality and effectiveness of services and tracks program performance.
• Builds partnerships with outside agencies to promote client success.
• Triages caseloads with staff; stays updated on current issues and needs.
• Provides ongoing program evaluation, data tracking, and reporting for growth and compliance.
• Manages office operations, client flow, complaints, and crisis management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in business administration, or Social Work, or Public Administration, or Psychology or related field
