Job summary
Veteran Pathways of New England Inc. seeks a Program Manager, EOVS/HOPE, to lead operations across Massachusetts. The role ensures service delivery, compliance, and strong partnerships with housing providers and Veteran-focused organizations.
Travel to service areas is required, with on-site and field-based responsibilities. The role reports to the Director of Housing and Family Support and requires a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years in relevant human services, plus leadership and documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum of three (3) years in homeless, housing, veteran, or related human services.
- Strong leadership, organizational, communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across service areas.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and electronic documentation systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day operations of the EOVS/HOPE program across Massachusetts.
- Supervise and support staff and conduct team meetings and case reviews.
- Ensure compliance with grant guidelines, licensing, and HMIS documentation.
- Develop partnerships with housing providers and Veteran-focused organizations.
