Michels Power, Inc. seeks a Project Manager – Transmission & Distribution to lead complex utility infrastructure projects, from pursuit to closeout.

You will oversee transmission, distribution, and substation work, ensuring quality, safety, and client satisfaction while managing budgets and schedules. The role requires 1–7+ years in construction PM within power delivery, with strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 1–7+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience with transmission, distribution, or electrical infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage scope, cost, schedule, and field execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects through estimating, bidding, execution, and closeout phases.
• Manage transmission, distribution, and substation construction activities.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, field leadership, and internal project teams.
• Develop and maintain strong client and utility relationships.
• Track and manage project costs, forecasts, schedules, and performance metrics.
• Support project planning for transmission line construction, distribution upgrades, and substation scopes.
