Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Sales role to execute brand strategy, manage territory performance around Dayton, Toledo, and Springfield, OH, and maximize patient access. You will build strong customer relationships, plan calls strategically, and drive short- and long-term sales results within AbbVie's code of conduct.

You will be responsible for understanding disease states, products, and competitive dynamics while meeting geographic and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience required / preferred
• At least five years in pharmaceutical/health/science industry with 3+ years in sales preferred
• Proven track record in selling; strong presentation skills
• Ability to influence others; credible, respected role model
• Ability to obtain HCIR credentialing and a valid driver's license

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives
• Create pre-call plans and post-call evaluations; handle objections and drive actions
• Serve customer needs and build trusted relationships with providers
• Develop call plans to achieve metrics and optimize coverage and frequency
• Share market intelligence with in-field team and brand team for alignment
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition with health providers and stakeholders
