Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years in pharma/health/science selling preferable with strong presentation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and building stakeholder relationships.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet KPIs and objectives.
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and follow-up evaluations.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and solve their needs.
• Develop and execute call plans to optimize coverage in the territory.
• Share market insights with in-field and brand teams to align strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value proposition to health providers.
