Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
• Five years of industry experience with at least three in the pharmaceutical/health/science sector
• Strong selling and presentation skills with the ability to adapt to customer styles
• English language proficiency verbally and in writing

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives, etc.
• Create pre-call plan using SMART objectives and execute post-call evaluation to improve sales performance.
• Proactively serve customer needs and build trusted relationships to achieve win-win agreements.
• Develop and execute a call plan achieving set call metrics to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Share market intelligence with in-field team and brand to optimize strategy.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers and maintain disease state experts.
