Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience.
• 5+ years in pharma/health/science industry preferred with 3+ years in sales.
• Proven track record of success in selling and delivering presentations.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet KPIs and targets.
• Create pre-call plans with SMART objectives and post-call evaluations.
• Build trusted customer relationships and solve customer needs.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Share market knowledge and compete effectively within the territory.
• Differentiate AbbVie's value with health providers and engage experts.
