Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for the Enabling Technologies portfolio to promote navigation, imaging, and planning tools to hospitals and surgeons. This field-based role blends medical device sales with education and procedural support to elevate surgical workflows and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales experience in medical devices or healthcare
• Experience in customer-facing, leadership, or high-performance environments with interest in sales is acceptable

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed revenue, quota, and territory growth objectives by identifying and closing opportunities
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, hospital admins, and decision-makers; manage territory through planning and engagement
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and sales presentations in OR, procedural, and clinical settings
• Train clinicians on navigation, imaging, and planning technologies
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, including setup and troubleshooting
• Analyze territory performance and market trends to develop growth strategies
• Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to communicate customer needs and territory insights
• Maintain CRM records of interactions, forecasts, and activities
