Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Enabling Technologies to own and grow a territory by promoting navigation, imaging, and surgical planning technologies to hospitals, surgeons, and healthcare providers. This field-based role blends medical device sales, business development, customer education, and procedural support as you help customers integrate enabling technology solutions that improve surgical workflows and patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with quota-carrying outside sales experience.
• Experience in healthcare or medical device sales.
• Track record of meeting performance goals.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed revenue, quota, and territory growth objectives.
• Build and maintain relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and hospital leaders.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and sales presentations in clinical settings.
• Train clinicians on navigation, imaging, and planning technologies.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures and for workflows.
