Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative - Enabling Technologies to grow a NH territory, promoting advanced navigation, imaging, and planning tech to hospitals and surgeons. You’ll educate customers, close opportunities, and provide surgical support to optimize workflows and patient care.

You will train teams, manage accounts, and analyze performance while traveling within a defined territory. Commission-based earnings reflect market opportunity in medical device sales.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience with a track record in quota-driven roles.
• Experience in medical device or healthcare sales is preferred.
• Experience in a field-based, B2B sales environment with territory management.

Responsabilités

• Achieve or exceed revenue, quota, and territory growth objectives.
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities with healthcare providers.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, administrators, and key decision-makers.
• Conduct product demonstrations and sales presentations in clinical environments.
• Train clinicians and staff on navigation, imaging, and planning technologies.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures and after-sales follow-up.
• Analyze territory performance and market trends to develop growth strategies.
• Maintain accurate CRM records of interactions, forecasts, and activities.
