Job summary

Stryker Corporation in the United States seeks a Field-based Sales Representative for Enabling Technologies to own and grow a territory by promoting navigation, imaging, and surgical planning solutions to hospitals and surgeons.

You will combine medical device sales, business development, and customer education to help customers integrate enabling technology that improves surgical workflows and patient care. Travel is required up to 50%, with field-based and onsite elements as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 2 years of quota-carrying outside sales experience.
• Minimum 5 years of professional outside sales or B2B, with a record of meeting goals.
• Experience with operating room or hospital customers is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue, quota, and territory growth by identifying, qualifying, and closing new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR personnel, hospital admins, and key decision-makers while managing accounts through territory planning and ongoing engagement.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and sales presentations in operating room, procedural, and clinical environments.
• Train surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on navigation, imaging, and surgical planning technologies.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, including setup and troubleshooting.
