Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Montana, Wyoming, and Northern Colorado to promote Enabling Technologies within hospitals and clinics. This field-based role combines device sales, education, and procedural support to improve surgical workflows and patient care.

You will train surgeons and staff on navigation, imaging, and planning tech, manage accounts, and travel within the territory while meeting quarterly revenue goals. Join a global leader in medical technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical devices or related fields.
• Bachelor’s degree with customer-facing leadership or high-performance background with sales interest.
• Minimum 5 years outside sales or territory-based selling with proven quota attainment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue quotas by identifying and closing new opportunities.
• Build relationships with surgeons and hospital decision-makers; manage accounts.
• Conduct product evaluations, demos in OR/procedural/clinical environments.
• Train staff on navigation, imaging, and surgical planning technologies.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures and troubleshoot.
• Analyze territory performance and market trends to grow revenue.
• Collaborate with leaders and cross-functional teams to share insights.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions, forecasts, opportunities, and activities.
