Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Sales Representative for Enabling Technologies to promote advanced navigation, imaging, and surgical planning tech to hospitals. This field-based role combines medical device sales, business development, customer education, and procedural support to optimize surgical workflows and patient care.

You will own and grow a territory, building relationships with surgeons, OR staff, and administrators, while delivering product demos and clinical training in clinical settings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years quota-carrying outside sales in medical device, healthcare, or consultative sales.
• Alternatively, a degree with experience in a high-performance, customer-facing environment with sales interest.
• Or 5+ years outside sales/territory selling with a track record of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed revenue, quota, and territory growth by identifying and closing new business.
• Build relationships with surgeons, OR staff, admins, and key decision-makers; manage accounts via territory planning.
• Conduct product evaluations, demonstrations, and sales presentations in operating room, procedural, and clinical environments.
• Train surgeons, nurses, and healthcare professionals on navigation, imaging, and planning technologies.
• Provide clinical and technical support during procedures, including setup and troubleshooting.
• Analyze territory performance and market trends to develop growth strategies.
• Collaborate with sales leaders and cross-functional teams to relay customer needs and opportunities.
• Maintain CRM records of interactions, forecasts, opportunities, and territory activities.
