Job summary

Verizon is seeking a motivated sales professional to expand our business customer base across the Illinois market. You will consult with clients to identify challenges and tailor cloud, security, ISP, VoIP, and Google platform solutions to drive measurable value and revenue.

You will develop leads, qualify opportunities, and manage relationships with key decision makers while meeting targets and leveraging Salesforce and CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Developing and qualifying leads within the territory to drive sales opportunities via cold-calling, partner-selling, and social selling.
• Gaining new business and incremental revenue to meet sales targets.
• Retaining, managing and growing the existing customer base.
• Educating customers on groundbreaking software solutions including Cloud, Security, ISP, VoIP and Google platforms.
• Tracking progress through sales automation tools and presenting multi-product opportunities.
