Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of quota-carrying outside sales in medical or healthcare sales.
• Bachelor’s degree with experience in customer-facing, leadership, or high-performance settings and interest in sales.
• 5+ years of outside sales experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell Surgical Technologies products in the territory.
• Conduct product evaluations and demonstrations in clinical settings.
• Provide on-site guidance during procedures.
• Build relationships with surgeons, physicians, nurses, and admins.
• Identify new business and expand existing accounts.
• Educate customers on product features and economic value.
• Track activity and territory performance using approved tools.
• Collaborate with regional leadership to plan growth.
