Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven successful sales track record with demonstrated ability to grow accounts and win opportunities.
• Ability to learn, communicate, and apply technical, clinical, scientific, and product information across a broad portfolio.
• Strong, consultative selling, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Sell end-to-end across the designated surgery portfolio, driving upgrades and adoption.
• Develop and execute account-specific portfolio upgrade strategies.
• Build relationships with healthcare decision-makers, clinicians, and supply chain partners.
• Deliver compliant, professional product presentations and portfolio recommendations.
• Provide post-sale support, including in-services and education to ensure adoption.
