Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Portfolio Sales Specialist to drive end-to-end selling of a designated surgery portfolio, focusing on upgrading adoptions and expanding opportunities in field-based settings.

You will partner with healthcare decision-makers and clinical stakeholders to deliver value-based solutions, supported by strong business acumen and consultative selling skills. Travel to designated accounts is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• Proven successful sales track record with demonstrated ability to grow accounts and convert opportunities.
• Ability to learn, communicate, and apply technical, clinical, and product information across a broad portfolio.
• Ability to develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and generate demand within an assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Expand sales within the designated portfolio while complying with laws, policies, and sales direction.
• Perform end-to-end selling across the portfolio, driving upgrades and expanding adoption.
• Develop and execute account-specific portfolio upgrade strategies aligned with needs and contracting opportunities.
• Build in-depth knowledge of the adjunctive hemostat portfolio, competition, and market dynamics in the territory.
• Establish and maintain relationships with key healthcare decision-makers, clinical stakeholders, supply chain partners, and field sales teams.
• Deliver compliant, professional, and persuasive product presentations and portfolio recommendations showing value.
• Provide post-sale support including in-services and education to ensure adoption and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support sales execution and communicate market feedback.
