Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Portfolio Sales Specialist to drive growth across a designated surgery portfolio, partnering with healthcare decision-makers and field teams to expand adoption and deliver value-based solutions. You will own end-to-end selling, develop account plans, identify upgrade opportunities, and articulate clinical, operational, and financial value to customers, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
Proven successful sales track record with ability to grow accounts.
Ability to learn, communicate, and apply technical, clinical, and product information across a broad portfolio.
Develop account plans, prioritize opportunities, and generate demand.
Strong business acumen and consultative selling skills.
Ability to travel as necessary.

Responsibilities

Expand sales within the designated portfolio while complying with laws and policies.
Perform end-to-end selling, drive upgrades, and develop new account opportunities.
Develop and execute account-specific upgrade strategies.
Build knowledge of adjunctive hemostat portfolio and market dynamics.
Establish relationships with decision-makers, stakeholders, and field teams.
Deliver compliant, persuasive product presentations and reviews.
Provide post-sale support and in-services to ensure adoption.
