Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Expand sales within the designated surgery portfolio while complying with laws, policies, and sales direction.
• Perform end-to-end selling, driving upgrades, expanding adoption, and developing new account opportunities.
• Develop and execute account-specific upgrade strategies aligning unmet needs, priorities, and contracting.
• Build in-depth knowledge of adjunctive hemostat portfolio, competitors, and territory dynamics.
• Establish strong relationships with healthcare decision-makers, clinicians, and partners.
• Deliver compliant product presentations, reviews, and portfolio recommendations showing value.
• Provide post-sale support, including in-services, education, and implementation coordination.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to relay market feedback and align initiatives.
