You will engage with healthcare decision-makers, clinical stakeholders, and supply chain contacts to expand product adoption and deliver value-based solutions that improve patient care.

In this field-based role, you will craft account plans, drive upgrades, and communicate clinical and financial value while complying with laws and company policies.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Expand sales within the designated portfolio, while complying with laws and policies.
• Perform end-to-end selling to drive upgrades and account growth.
• Develop and execute portfolio upgrade strategies aligned to customer needs and contracting opportunities.
• Build in-depth knowledge of the adjunctive portfolio and market dynamics.
• Establish relationships with decision-makers, clinicians, supply chain, and field teams.
• Deliver compliant and persuasive product presentations and reviews showing value.
• Provide post-sale support, including education and implementation coordination.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align portfolio initiatives with priorities.
