This role involves travel, client meetings, and close collaboration with the recruiting team to place top talent.

You will be responsible for researching prospects, making many introductory calls, and negotiating successful deals while representing Beacon Hill well in the market.

Qualifications

• Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills.
• Ability to travel and visit client sites.
• Experience in sales or staffing industry preferred.
