Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group LLC is seeking an Account Executive to identify and develop relationships with businesses for our temporary staffing services. You will research prospective clients, make introductory calls, visit client sites, and deliver staffing presentations.

You will collaborate with our recruiting team to source the best candidates for each open position. This is a relationship-focused sales role requiring problem-solving, initiative, and sound judgment to grow the Beacon Hill

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• A love for working with people and a strong self-motivation.
• Bachelor's degree preferred; willingness to learn and grow in sales.

Responsibilities

• Research and identify prospective clients via internet research, referrals, and outreach.
• Proactive high-volume cold calling to set client meetings and initiate relationships.
• Conduct client meetings at sites; present staffing solutions and assess client needs.
• Coordinate with internal staffing consultants to fulfill client requirements.
• Manage client relationships and serve as the primary contact throughout the job order process.
