Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required.
• At least five years of experience with three years in pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred and a high school diploma/GED required.
• Demonstrates in-depth scientific, therapeutic, product, and competitive knowledge; strong business acumen and use of business tools.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets, marketing objectives to meet/exceed.
• Create pre-call plan objectives and post-call evaluation to improve sales performance and close calls.
• Build trusted customer relationships and solve customer needs to maximize long-term sales performance.
• Develop and execute a call plan to achieve metrics and optimize coverage to key customers.
• Share market intelligence on customer needs, territory landscape, competitors, and dynamics with in-field team.
