Job summary

AbbVie seeks a field-based sales professional to execute brand strategy and drive performance across assigned territory and accounts. You will build strong customer relationships, place patients at the center of efforts, and operate within AbbVie’s code of conduct and regulatory framework.

You will develop call plans, meet or exceed KPIs, and collaborate with district and matrix teams to optimize brand strategy and access.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
• Five (5) years of experience with three (3) or more years in pharmaceutical/health/science industry preferred and HS diploma/GED required
• Proactively identifies customer style/behavior and adapts quickly all aspects of selling approach
• Offers innovative ideas and solutions to maximize business opportunities to address challenges.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance, brand KPIs, financial targets and marketing objectives to meet/exceed goals
• Create pre-call plan with SMART objectives and evaluate post-call results to improve performance
• Proactively serve customer needs, build trusted relationships and achieve win-win agreements
• Develop and execute a call plan to achieve metrics and maximize access and sales opportunities
• Share market intelligence with in-field team, brand team and sales manager to align strategy
