Job summary

AbbVie is seeking a field-based Sales role, covering a designated territory and prioritizing patient-centered solutions. The candidate will execute brand strategy and field tactics, manage accounts, and build strong customer relationships to drive short- and long-term sales performance.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field, with 5+ years in pharma well as HCIR credentialing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in health, sciences, pharmacy or business-related field preferred or relevant and equivalent industry experience required
• 5 years of pharma/health/science experience with 3+ years in the pharmaceutical/health industry preferred
• Proactively identifies customer style / behavior and quickly adapts selling approach
• Operates effectively in a matrix environment and provides innovative ideas to maximize opportunities
• HCIR credentialing requirements and valid driver’s license are required

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales performance and meet financial targets.
• Create pre-call plan objectives and post-call evaluation.
• Develop and execute a call plan to maximize access and sales opportunities.
• Differentiate AbbVie’s value proposition with health providers.
• Share market intelligence with in-field team and sales manager to align strategy.
