Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Screening Solutions Specialist to advance colorectal cancer screening across Phoenix and surrounding territories. You will partner with healthcare providers to increase adoption of Cologuard and other diagnostic solutions, building trusted relationships and delivering value-driven care.

You'll collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Sales teams to implement customer-specific strategies, document activities in CRM, and uphold the highest ethical and compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Two years of sales, inside sales, or account management experience OR one year of sales experience plus one year of healthcare-related experience OR completion of active-duty military service as a Junior Officer or above.
• Strong verbal, written, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to build credibility and influence customers.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and relationship-building skills.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record that meets company requirements.
• Ability to travel daily throughout the assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.
• Ability to meet healthcare facility credentialing requirements, including vaccination or other site-specific requirements where applicable.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory plans to increase awareness and adoption of Cologuard and meet sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with physicians, healthcare administrators, and stakeholders by delivering value-based diagnostic solutions.
• Analyze local healthcare markets, customer data, and account insights to identify opportunities for improving patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Screening Advocates, Sales Operations, and Area Managers to implement customer-specific strategies and maximize account success.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities in CRM while upholding ethics, quality, and compliance.
