Job summary

Abbott is seeking a Screening Solutions Specialist to drive Cologuard adoption in Gilbert, AZ and surrounding areas. You will build relationships with healthcare providers, manage CRM data, and develop account plans to grow revenue. Strong communication and Excel/CRM skills are essential.

The role requires field-based work, nights/weekends as needed, and local travel. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent sales experience is required, with a valid driver's license and clean MVR.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4 years relevant experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years of sales or account management experience; healthcare setting preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean MVR in the last 36 months.
• Ability to travel locally daily and occasional overnight.

Responsibilities

• Drive Cologuard product growth in assigned geography to meet sales goals.
• Build relationships with physicians, administrators and stakeholders.
• Capture CRM data including POC and sales activities.
• Develop and implement business and account plans to increase visibility and revenue.
• Educate customers on product value and screening importance.
