Abbott is seeking a Screening Solutions Specialist in the West Phoenix area to drive colorectal cancer screening adoption of Cologuard and other diagnostics. You will partner with healthcare providers, identify opportunities, and grow the business through account management and clinical education.

This field-based role supports West Phoenix and surrounding territories, requiring travel and strong collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives and ensure patient care

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, Life Sciences, or related field or four years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to travel daily within an assigned territory, including occasional overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategic territory/account plans to increase awareness and adoption of Cologuard.
• Build relationships with physicians and healthcare administrators to deliver value-based diagnostics.
• Analyze local markets and data to identify opportunities that improve patient outcomes.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Ops, and Area Managers to implement strategies.
• Document customer interactions and sales activities in CRM with high ethics and compliance.
