Job summary

VieMed Healthcare is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to grow our disease management program by engaging Pulmonologists, Hospitalists, and Critical Care teams. You will educate referral sources on the benefits of home respiratory therapy and drive new business in assigned territories.

The role requires strong relationship-building, clinical insight, and a proven healthcare sales track record, with travel and flexible scheduling to meet hospital needs.

Qualifications

• Must have strong healthcare sales experience and proven relationships with Pulmonary, Critical Care, & Hospitalist physicians in the territory.
• Two or more years demonstrated full life cycle healthcare sales experience including lead generation, educating the referral source, follow-up and success stories.
• Two or more years of experience as a Clinical Liaison, preferably LTACH.
• Three informal letters of recommendation from Pulmonologist are required.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.
• Experience working with discharge planners, case managers, and social workers.
• Experience in LTACH marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market VieMed’s disease management program to potential and existing referral sources.
• Develop territory action plans and call strategies to maintain accounts and drive new market potential.
• Coordinate and deliver educational presentations and in-services for healthcare providers.
• Maintain account activity, sales documentation, and territory reports.
• Collaborate with clinical, managerial, and sales teams to promote home respiratory therapy services.
