Job summary

VieMed Healthcare is seeking a field-based Sales Representative to drive adoption of our disease management program within hospital and post-acute referral sources. You will identify, educate, and engage Pulmonologists, Hospitalists, and Case Managers to transition patients from hospital to home care.

The role emphasizes clinical alignment, territory growth, and collaboration with clinical staff to deliver VieMed’s home respiratory therapy solutions and disease management program.

Qualifications

• Proven healthcare sales experience with physicians, case managers, discharge planners, and social workers.
• Two or more years of full lifecycle healthcare sales experience.
• Two or more years of experience as a Clinical Liaison, preferably LTACH.
• Marketing and LTACH marketing experience preferred.
• Clinical liaison experience with patient assessment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Market VieMed’s disease management program to potential and existing referral sources.
• Develop territory action plans and call strategies to grow the business within the assigned territory.
• Coordinate and provide educational presentations for healthcare providers.
• Responsible for account activity, sales documentation, and territory management.
• Maintain relationships with referral sources to drive sales growth.
